From executives and academics to middle managers and shop-floor workers, thousands of people in well over a hundred organizations have participated in Clint Sidle’s seminars. Many of these participants, coming from both the private and public sectors, have called their experiences life-changing.
Sidle is available to create customized three- to five-day training programs in leadership and self-development, team building, and managing strategic change. These programs are framed around the four levels of the leadership mastery: personal, interpersonal, team, and organizational. Ideally, individuals go through the programs with their groups, as a cohort. Participants are provided with real life opportunities to apply the material in between each session.
In addition to on-site training, Sidle has developed traveling programs, most recently a Leadership Trek to Nepal sponsored by the Johnson School and available only to their alumni.
